That PSU isn't very good. Go with this one instead.

Amazon.com: Antec High Current Gamer HCG-620M, 80 PLUS BRONZE, 620 Watt Modular Power Supply: Computers & Accessories

You want 2x4GB rather than 1x8GB DDR3 memory. If you only put in 1 stick, you can't take advantage of dual channel memory and memory performance will be cut in half.

Amazon.com: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CML8GX3M2A1600C9): Electronics

Also, dump one of your hard drives and use a SSD instead. You'll get way better performance than 2x HDD in RAID 0

Amazon.com: Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Single Unit Version Internal Solid State Drive MZ-7TE120BW: Computers & Accessories

Otherwise, looks good.

If you need an OS. If you already have a copy (not the one you got with like a Dell, HP, etc., but an actual copy from Microsoft) then you can just install your old one and reactivate. Should deactivate on your old PC. If not, you can go with the OEM version.

Amazon.com: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit (OEM) System Builder DVD 1 Pack: Software
