Yes, this build would work very well. You may also want to consider getting a CPU cooler as well. The stock CPU cooler is terrible.

The total range I have is 1400 this is roughly 1600 if you guys can please help me not lose performance but lower the price.
If you need to lower costs, by $200, you're going to lose performance. There's no way around that. You can probably save ~$50 by going with a lower quality motherboard, a lower quality PSU, and removing the CPU cooler though, but after that you'll have to start thinking about dropping to a lower end graphics card.
