The build looks OK for me. I'd like to see a SSD in a modern PC, but I guess the budget doesn't allow it Can you put in a Z77 board?

I'd suggest you grab low profile memory as the high profile stuff typically will have issues with CPU coolers.

    Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9 LP Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Memory Module Kit: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

Also, I noticed you don't have a CPU cooler. Why not pick up something like a Hyper 212 Plus or a Hyper 212 Evo?

Added an Arctic Cooling Freezer CPU cooler, and would it be better in the long run if I get this motherboard?

Asus P8Z77-M Pro : Asus P8Z77-M PRO Motherboard (Socket 1155, 32GB DDR3, Intel Z77 Express, M-ATX, USB 3.0 Boost, Dual Intelligent Processors 3, LudicLogix Virtu MVP): Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

Or do you have a motherboard that is suited for SLI an my needs, taking into account that I'de prefer not to go over £110 with the motherboard.

Everything looks OK but personally I would chose another graphics card, the Asus gtx 670 DirectCUII TOP:
    http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-G.../dp/B0081IFO3G
This because in benchmarks it scores higher than the gtx 670 from EVGA, it also is a bit cooler.
Since its a TOP version you're also get the best chips and such to ensure longer lifetime.
Still, the EVGA card is very good aswell!

Also I'd get an SSD if I were you, just get a small one to use as a boot SSD since it'll make a big difference in booting your computer and you will save a lot of time !

I would go for a z68 motherboard since they are so cheap right now and I feel it is more optimized for sandy bridge.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean the z77 mobo is good or I should stick to the z67, because I will most likely upgrade a few years from now.

I've slightly changed the build to knock down the price a bit, at this stage what do you think of the build?

This is my first build so sorry about all the questions, but does it matter what type of thermal paste you use?

Also, would the cpu cooler i've chosen allow enough space for sli? and would a 700w psu be able to handle sli as in the future I may go with 2 670s if required.

If you're planning on going with the i5 2500K and Z68 boards are cheaper, then yes go with the Z68 platform. If you're planning on going with the i5 3570K or any other ivy bridge processor, then go with a Z77.

Yes, the CPU cooler is fine. Yes, 700w is fine for SLI GTX 670.
