    Budget Gaming PC - $1,500

ive been doing research and in my conclusion i have been left with these 2 builds between amd and Intel.

    AMD
AMD FX-8350, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 Ti, Azza Hurrican 2000R - System Build - PCPartPicker

    Intel
Intel Core i5-3570K, Diamond Radeon HD 7850, Azza Hurrican 2000R - System Build - PCPartPicker

Like ive said before my games are
    League of Legends
    Guild Wars 2
    Combat Arms
and i record my games while talking to friends, i was thinking since im doing so much while playing the games that i need more cores, sometimes i play music extra loud while playing (not while chatting). so once again help me please. im League of Legends
    Guild Wars 2
Combat Arms probably going get these items during the valentines day sale (if they have one) so the prices will be lower hopefully.

    Go with an Intel system.

Here's some of the stuff I would change. Intel Core i5-3570K - System Build - PCPartPicker
    Some stuff isn't on PCPartPicker:
    Seasonic S12II 520W EPS12V 20/24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 80+ Bronze 6+8PIN PCI-E W/ 120MM Fan Electronics&promoid=1292 - $64 for a great PSU
Amazon.com: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 XT with Boost 2GB DDR5 HDMI / DVI-I / Dual Mini DP PCI-Express Graphics Card 11199-20-20G: Computers & Accessories - Performs better than the 660 Ti most of the time and it's cheaper.

Is there any reason why you need an H100i? A big air cooler will have almost identical cooling performance with less noise. NH-D14, Phanteks, Silver Arrow, etc.
There really isn't any reason to go with 16GB of RAM. You could go with a capture card for recording - Avermedia Live Gamer HD.

TBH bro prices on that site are ridiculous. You should NOT be spending $281.74 for a HD 7850. Instead, upgrade to a HD 7950 like the Sapphire below for like $20 more. You're getting WAAAAY better performance out of a HD 7950. Trust me on this.

    Amazon.com: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB DDR5 HDMI / DVI-I / Dual Mini DP with Boost PCI-Express Graphics Card 11196-16-20G: Computers & Accessories

If you really want a HD 7850 since it seems like the games you're planning to play doesn't actually need a HD 7950, go with something like this. Save yourself almost $100 lol... same performance.

    Amazon.com: HIS 7850 Fan 2 GB GDDR5 PCI-E DVI/HDMI/2x Mini DP Graphics Card H785F2G2M: Computers & Accessories

If you're planning to go with the HD 7950, I'd also go with a beefier power supply like the TX650 or something.

Amazon.com: Corsair Enthusiast Series 650-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply Compatible with Core i3, i5, i7 and platforms - TX650: Electronics

For the mobo, check out this Gigabyte. I think it's a better buy.

Amazon.com: Gigabyte Intel Z77 LGA1155 AMD CrossFireX W/HDMI,DVI Dual UEFI BIOS ATX Motherboard GA-Z77-D3H: Computers & Accessories

Also, there should be no reason you're blowing so much money on a case like that. Something like the Antec Eleven Hundred is way better and cheaper. Then again, cases are personal preference, but I'd recommend going with a case from guys like Cooler Master, Antec, Corsair, Bitfenix. They make the best stuff out there.

Amazon.com: Antec Eleven Hundred Black Super Mid Tower Computer Case: Computers & Accessories
    Production: ASRock Z68 Professional B3 | Intel Core i7 2600k | 16gb Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 1600MHz | MSI Radeon HD6970 | CM Silent Gold Pro 800w | Cooler Master HAF X
